Sheryl New, a physician assistant since 2001, opened New Med Spa in 2016. She also brings to our practice many years of experience as both a molecular research scientist and master injector.
From the start, we’ve brought the highest quality of services and providers. Over the years we’ve been able to grow by adding more treatments and services and expanding our team with expert caregivers and support staff.

Not only is Sheryl New a published scientist, physician assistant, and master injector, but she’s also an Allergan Medical Institute Trainer. That means she’s in the top 5% of injectors in the country, and it also means she’s trained an incredible team at New Med Spa.
We come from a variety of professional backgrounds, but everyone at New Med Spa shares a dedication to the client experience. Your health and safety is paramount to us, and we’ll bring our full expertise and compassion to every visit.

Our Process
When you visit our office for your treatment, we’ll make sure you feel ready and give you the opportunity to ask any last-minute questions. Your treatment will look different depending on why you’re visiting us, but you’ll receive unrivaled care from our skilled medical providers for any of our services.
After your treatment, we’ll talk through any recovery steps or downtime that may be required. Most of our services are minimally invasive and have little to no downtime. After your treatment we will guide you with any post care instructions. Your results will begin to appear in the days and weeks following treatment. If you need multiple appointments, your new look will continue to improve throughout your treatment plan.

Allergan is the company responsible for Botox, Juvederm dermal filler, and many other medications. Sheryl was chosen due to her years of experience, evident skill and extensive knowledge of anatomy.
She is passionate about this work and has trained countless providers in Allergan’s treatments and products.
Sheryl began her career at the Indiana University Medical Center, where she worked as a senior research scientist specializing in molecular biology.
Here she participated in gene therapy protocols and co-authored multiple publications on the subject. Her research later progressed to human clinical trials.
